Description

This Spring Service Adventure Tour includes working hands on with homeless children and providing them with life's basic necessities. Volunteers will also receive a 40 hour community service certificate for leadership team building skills and outreach, as well as letters of recommendation are also available from team leaders for qualified participants. Changing their world on your break is worth more than anyone can say in words. We truly leave our footsteps in the Hawaiian Sands worth following. Teens will experience first hand where the keiki live, and truly change their reality to something better.

Cultural experiences include an authentic Luau and Show at the Polynesian Cultural Center, dinning local style and learning about our cultural first hand. Our eco-tour will include snorkeling and reef exploration. Adventures also include surf lessons with the Pipeline Champion (Kevin Okimoto). Tour of the beaches and other hot spots (where only locals can go). Shopping and nightlife along the tiki tourch lite white sands of Waikiki Beach while immersing in the Hawaiian culture. Our teens will also experience Teen Dance Night, and Karaoke all while eating our famous Volcano Nachos!

Teens will stay only steps from the beautiful Waikiki sandy beach and along the most famous "walk" of all the islands. Teens will have full use of the hotel amenities including the roof top pool, work out room and more...when they have a free moment.

Teens will perform real life outreach to those living in poverty and provide the necessities needed for the keiki to stay clean and healthy. Our groups will also be conducting the collections of items to help them learn outreach and public awareness. Teens will earn 10 hours of marketing and awareness service hours for this task.

This is a mini version of our full 4-week summer program. Please see site for more details or information on the full itinerary.
